2026 Merchant Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a merchant at the Selma Renaissance Faire!

Please complete this application in its entirety. You will be asked to upload required documents, photos of your booth and merchandise, and electronically sign required acknowledgements.

List the name, address, and age of each person working your merchant business. The source application states that four total workers per booth are included and additional workers may incur an additional fee after approval.

Merchant Certification

I hereby certify that I carry liability insurance for my merchant business and by signing agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medieval Enterprises V LLP from claims for injuries, accidents, or lawsuits that result from my business activities. I further agree that my business is licensed and/or complies with all local, state and federal laws and that I am responsible for collecting, reporting and paying any sales or other taxes due. I further agree not to sell weapons to minors or anything else regulated by law not to be sold to minors or anyone and will display for the entire event a weapons policy at my booth that includes wording that weapons will not be sold to minors.

Adult Liability & Photo Release

This event is rain or shine.

I have read the current Event regulations. I understand these rules and guidelines and agree to abide by them while acting in any capacity as a representative of this Event. I agree to release and hold blameless/harmless Selma Ren-Faire Inc and Staff for injury or damage caused to me or others by my own acts or the acts of others while engaged in Event activity. I agree to peace bind weapons carried while on Event grounds unless written permission is received from Event Staff; blade weapons carried or sold are to be in scabbards while traveling Event grounds, and any weapon may be inspected by Event Staff. I grant Selma Ren-Faire Inc the right, without payment to me, to use photos, video, or other reproductions in which I may appear for promotional, educational, and other purposes promoting the Event. I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the regulations contained in the information sheet/application.

I have read the Event regulations and agree that the named minor will abide by them while participating in the Event. I agree to release and hold harmless Selma Ren-Faire Inc Event and Staff for injury or damage as stated in the source minor liability form; weapons will be peace bound and inspected as required. I grant the Event the right to use photos, video, or other reproductions in which the minor may appear for promotional and educational purposes promoting the Event. I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the regulations contained in the information sheet/application.
